I think I have become a early bird.
As everyone knows, being an early bird is good for health and work.
I knew that long ago, but I didn’t believe that so much and I don’t have confident to make it a point to get up early every morning.
As time goes, and times I hear or see about the merits of being an early bird than a night owl, the mind of having a try becomes stronger and finally, I decided to take a try to see if I could keep getting up early for a couple of weeks or a month. Then I started on July 7th. Here’s the result, I have kept doing this until now, and I think I have been a early bird. Because it’s not so hard for me to get up early now, and I feel more energetic than before. It’s so great!
It was very hard when I just started. I wanted to give up for some times, but I beat myself. Now, I get up at 5:02 every day and go to bed around 10:00-10:30. I feel the time I have is longer than before. So I benefit from it.
